the X-Seed 4000 is the tallest building ever fully envisioned (the designs for construction have been completed). the structure is yet to be constructed.
it will be 4 kilometers height. Mount Fuji (富士山) is 3.8 kilometers in height. its 800 floors capacity is estimated to accommodate 500 thousand to 1 million inhabitants.
it was designed for Tokyo (Japan), by the Taisei Corporation (大成建設株式会社).
unlike conventional skyscrapers, it needs to actively protect its occupants from considerable air pressure gradations and weather fluctuations along its massive elevation. its design calls for the use of solar power to maintain internal environmental conditions.

i don't quite understand the needs of building these tall buildings. but i guess the architecture n construction challenge thingy is impressive nonetheless. :)
hey.. wow.. serious!?? A building 4km high? how is that even possible?! Furthermore Japan is an earthquake prone country... they better have precaution if they wanna build it!
