a very short anime, though having 13 episodes, each episode was only a few minutes long. forbidden to have chocolate as any ingredient, the children decided to fight against the law by bootlegging chocolate, thus "underground" chocolate. the plot was uninteresting, making the anime quite a drag eventhough short.
