each with a talking staff, they were assigned to deliver the Shigofumis - letters from the dead, to the living that was left behind. the letters revealed their final feelings, it can contained no lie. she wasn't like the other postmen, she had a secret of her past. she lingered only to solve the mystery. this was quite an interesting anime. it has gotten so touching that i couldn't help shedding some tears for her.
