in the future, the government managed all information to reduce the threat it brings to the society. fighting back, the special agents (Book Soldiers) were assigned to protect the rights to read these materials. an interesting plot for an anime, has been a while since coming across something so different. recommended if a change of storyline is preferred.

surrounded by antiques, under the dimly lit light, they stuffed themselves so full in an atmosphere slightly too eerie to call romantic. distracted n uncertain, his attention were most of the time not on the food they were feasting on, nor on her. determined, she set her mind on the day, her very own day, in a place they choose to explore together.

Kujibiki Unbalance (2006) くじびき♥アンバランス

they were elected as next year's student council on their first day in high school. together the 4 members have to pass all the test n challenges, part of them setup by the current student council. any failure will have them immediately expelled from school. slightly too absurd, part of the anime wasn't too entertaining. n worst, considered dragging.

Inception (2010)

in a world where mind extractions were possible through dreams, the team were challenged to go further down to implant a false information into one particular mind. the whole idea used for the film - the possibilities of dreams, was awesome. to go on such a ride with them was different, was fulfilling, was absolutely thrilling!

though not trying to be welcoming or friendly, it has no intention to leave the spot no matter how close we approached either. giving out the first impression of a pirate-dog with its yellowish white fur covered in black scars, for maybe an ex-mafia member?

Venus Versus Virus (2007) ヴィーナス ヴァーサス ヴァイアラス

having the power to see demons, the 2 girls were gathered to rid the world of these demons called viruses, which threatened to consume humanity for a new world. their friendship were put to test, fending the viruses as well as the demon within themselves. a rather simple plotted anime, though not much surprises, the anime was beautifully drawn.

Trauma.

"nothing," she said. "after all the life n death drama, you called it nothing!" she chuckled fiercely and glared at him with tears welled up in her eyes. little by little, he regretted letting the words slipped. looking at her hugging her blood stained arm tightly against her body, obviously pained, his heart tightened. without him in the way, she would not have to suffer; nicely tucked in her world, loved n surrounded by her wealthy family.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)

for revenge, newborns were sent to hunt her down, Volturi were stalking her. she was again running between the 2 guys - a vampire n a werewolf. however, these 2 unlikely parties were forced to work together to protect her. the film was fast paced, action packed, making it an absolutely must-catch, compared to its previous sequel.

chicken.

an environment we weren't so used to. the chickens however, had no problem walking around, exploring everything in their path. to n fro they moved, plucking n hammering our shoe laces with their beaks. a view rarely visible in town.

Kuroshitsuji (2008) 黒執事

a demon had a contract with a 12 year old child as his butler, which happened to be the head of the noble families. he had to protect the child from every harm that came his way. slightly slow n unclear with the plot, but the idea was nonetheless interesting when supernatural forces were pulled into the picture.

always eager to get into the house, he was again standing at the entrance, giving the puppy eyes to whoever that looked him in the eyes. yet was experienced enough to be ready to dash out if yelled at.

Knight & Day (2010)

her life turned completely upside down after accidentally getting involved with a secret agent. trying to survive by escaping throughout the world, they learned to depend on each other for survival. despite all the intense n promising actions, it was an absolutely enjoyable film filled with comedy! which was way out of our expectancy. a huge recommendation if you have nothing else in mind to catch.

Team Blackstars: Evangelion (2009) 残酷な天使のテーゼ

saw the video coincidentally, the dance managed to draw smiles n had me bobbing my head along with it. it was absolutely beautiful! performed by Team Blackstars featuring G Splash (japan). the music used was an anime's theme - Evangelion: A Cruel Angel's Thesis (残酷な天使のテーゼ).

it had grew quite a bit since our last visit. scratching itself using its horn, the sight was amusing enough to draw us closer despite having to endure the unpleasant smell stuck within the barn.

Nodame Cantabile: Finale (2010) のだめカンタービレ フィナーレ

a continuation of the previous season, which started in Paris. their love n dream continued, striving to be successful while struggling to keep up with each others' pace in their very own way. a must-catch for the progress of their music n love story!

Amity.

friendship being something that got picked up along the way, only when within reach were it possible. as unpredictable as the weather, being either explosive or carefree, yet never do drop by easily nor randomly.

just woken up from a nap, while most cats would at least switch into sitting position to stretch their body. this particular one did it while still laying down. looked hilariously like gymnasium, it had us laughing right after lunch.

Frozen (2010)

3 youngsters went to a ski resort without informing their friends or family. trapped on a chairlift after the place was closed, they were forced to find ways to survive or get freeze to death. a slow-paced movie that pushed our limits, not recommended for the weak heart. the plot may be simple, but it was painful enough to watch without feeling disturbed. in comparison, the Saw sequels are a better choice.

Ligature.

no more turning back, nor visible escape route. no more excuses to not make things work. something finally to label as ours. a turning point, or could be a starting point, a second stage effort waiting to pay off like its first. suddenly everything else seemed so vast, so minor.

not given the permission to dwell on the matter alone, he draped her into his embrace. head pressed against his chest, his warm body temperature always manage to calm her. poisonous creatures swarmed closer, threaten to intrude. determine to push everything off the path once n for all, she confronted head on. verbal assurance waiting to be proven, tomorrow is always something to anticipate.

Nodame Cantabile: Paris (2008) のだめカンタービレ 巴里編

given the opportunity to study piano in Paris while he strove for his dream to become a conductor, she tagged along, continue playing music n aiming to perform on the same stage with him. their love, simple yet heartwarming. the anime is one huge recommendation!

often pretending that he belonged inside the house, he would come in when everyone was slightly distracted in the living room. looking all serious, he stood at the door with the rest of us, as if he will be joining our outing.

Carriers (2009)

when a virus outbreak slowly destroying mankind, 4 teenagers headed to the beach hoping to stay until it ended. when their car broke down, so does their plan. throughout their journey, they had to choose to either defend their life or friendship. the most interesting part of the movie was its intensity n suspension. downside was the plot being too short n simple, therefore not much story was told.

unaware since when had it became difficult to spend the night alone. darkness closed in, growing heavier as the hours dragged on by. shadows wavered threateningly under the dimly glowed streetlight. night after night, reminded of the body heat that is occasionally within reach.

GA: Geijutsuka Art Design Class (2009) 芸術科アートデザインクラス

attached with a relaxing feeling to it, similar to Hidamari Sketch, but instead of talking about the life of the students, this anime was about the Drawing life of the students. GA is an art class in a highschool, where these 5 friends are gathered, learning about art n techniques. an adorable anime to catch! n sometimes it can get dangerously technical.
