Stress.

a working environment way stressful than ours, even a short 2-days trip was a drag. the difference solely depends on its leader. being complaint having not led us; implicating the freedom to complete tasks according to preference.

まだ不満ですか?

  2. Going to the extremes isn't a good thing.

    If a leader that doesn't lead, fine, as long as he/she appreciate the work we do, and don't put all the blame on us if something went wrong;

If a leader that wants to control everything, fine as well, as long as he take all decision making responsibilities, since we're just his/her pawns.

I'm free yet not free to do everything and nothing at the same time, given responsibilities that's not mine, becoming a scapegoat, without any compensation for my loss.

    I just resigned.

  3. Well, it all depends on the leader, not every leader's style of leadership is the same...

  4. : 那当然,只是活在福中不知副的人最可悲。

rollakid: the leader that controls is keen on forcing others. asking questions that he wanted the answer to be the same as his, which is not all the time possible. unsatisfied with the answer, he will continue to taunt the employees. seriously, she said so herself the next day that she would resign working under him. so why complaint in the first place about our leader? the one that gave us the freedom?

btw, what happened with your job? scapegoat? for something you didn't do? or have you found something better?

akira: my point is, she is unsatisfied with our leader, which majority of us agreed to be good compare to the forceful one.

  7. Ah now I know what you mean by forceful. I thought at first you mean he'd ask you to do A, B and C, give you a tight deadline, no question asked kind of forceful...

What you said sounded like dictatorship, and a bad leadership.

As for me, thanks for asking. To sum up everything, let's just say I have a superior who lacks communication, think everyone can read each other's mind, leaving all employees in the dark and blame us for *not thinking* when we do our job not to her liking (when we don't even know what she wanted since she never said a thing).

I found a new job already, would-be employer used to work at where you work now like 20 years ago.

  9. pete: why do everyone think i'm having problem? i'm not!

rollakid: n not forgetting the ungrateful employee, which is so annoying. seriously. typical virgo, she focuses only on negativity. n to make things worst, she listens to no one n nothing! great.

ah, that lady eh? she sounded like trouble in the first place you mentioned back then. wait, what do you mean by "employer used to work at where you work now like 20 years ago"? i'm confused.

joshua: endure these kinda ungrateful people? terrible indeed.

  10. If really unsatisfied, just ask her to give a better option, not just keep complaining...

  11. I thought u were the one to complain about a one poor leader of yours, but it turned out otherwise after I read all the 12 comments, and Barbie is the 13th commenter :P Lucky number keke *grin*

  12. akira: i wonder why won't she resign since she is so unhappy here? it's so annoying listening to her complaints.

barbie: that's the bad thing about not stating the identity of who i was referring to. i can only go around using he/she, n everyone thought it was me. gosh!

  13. Maybe she got her own reason for not resigning from the company... Anyway, is she complaning until now?

  14. akira: everyday! she is the main problem in the company, turning everyone against everyone else.

  15. I see, maybe the top management will have to do something about her...

  16. akira: i doubt they will. she is good with pretending to be nice in front of anyone "big". i think you can imagine her personalities by now.

  21. If she complains, just ask her, "do you have better option? if not, just keep your mouth shut."
