Legion (2010)

when god lost faith in humankind, he sent his angels to exterminate all mankind. humanity's only hope laid in the hand of an unborn infant. together with an archangel - michael, a group of strangers defended the mother for the hope of tomorrow. an absolutely splendid action film! death may not be as drastic for us, but it may be just as close. never stop loving, never stop losing faith.

Balkiness.

15 years of friendship, crumbled n casted aside after clarification. time span served no purpose failed to withstand one single challenge, no longer labeled precious. though truth may hurt, still n all better than kept naive. effort to let go unseen, trapped n blinded by the caged mind.

.Hack//Liminality (2002)

the popular online game having the power to cause mysterious phenomenon in the real world. they set out to discover what was the cause by hacking into the game's main system. slightly different from .Hack//Sign n .Hack//Legend of the Twilight, the story wasn't inside the game, but the occurrence in the real world. a short anime with way too much talking.

Phases.

excitement emulated on the face, contradicted every so often with nervous twitches n silent uncertainty; an expression way too precious to miss. a change involving a combined duo; leaping into the future as one, towards one new aim, one new phase. relatively down when one adventure came to an end, yet eagerly anticipating for another soon to start, jovially adjusting to a whole new level.

daughter of This Mother Cat, the mum was nowhere to be seen. however the daughter took over the coffee shop, meowing for food like what the mother used to do. slightly pregnant n more timid than the mother, she begged from a distance.

Kung Fu Panda (2008)

a meaningful n humorous animation! many beautiful phrases were implied, my favorite would be "There is No Accident" quoted by the wise Oogway. we enjoyed the whole animation, most of the time funny, sometimes heart-wrenching, it was one animation worth catching.

after finishing a romantic dinner with your lover, in front of the restaurant was a very huge tree. you can barely see the fruits it bear, what do you think is the color of the fruits?

Tumultuous.

she knew he was beside before he spoke, because instantly she felt less terrified. he knelt down to her level. the others were concentrating on not yelling with all the frantic actions going around. but he was next to her n she felt, not exactly calm, but not as upset when nauseousness kicked in.

.Hack//Legend of the Twilight (2003)

together with his twin sister, they were the rare characters in an online game. unstoppable monsters appeared n caused its players to fall into coma in real life. with the mysterious twilight bracelet, they must stop the havoc. though drawn in an adorable way, the storyline was still lingering in the game, which was still similar to .Hack//Sign.

yuki (ゆき、雪)..

fitting himself into the basin too small, the cold night had him bundled himself up tighter just to keep warm. an pose so pitiful yet adorable, which mustn't be missed!

The Vampire's Assistant (2009)

the film was taken from the first 3 (out of 12) books of The Saga of Darren Shan (Cirque du Freak, The Vampire's Assistant, Tunnels of Blood). a young boy gave away his life, joining a mysterious man from a freak show n turned into a vampire. instead of an action movie, it was more of an introduction. not a believing character, the other "freaks" were more interesting than him. worth a catch only if you expect there to be a continuation like i do.

Elfen Lied (2004) エルフェンリート

a mutated species, with dangerous abilities, were created n hidden by the government to destruct mankind. one broke free, lost her memories n drifted on shore, she then live with 2 highschooler in her innocent state. despite the cute drawings, the anime was gory most of the time, with blood splatters n cut of limbs. slightly disturbing as every details were shown right of the screen.

Valentine.

with chinese new year n valentine both falling on the exact day this year, everyone is getting preoccupied, unsure which to celebrate, or how to celebrate. but this double festive season doesn't cause any less commotion than any other double festive season. may we have a melting sweet valentine!

with the festive season within reach, the smell of fireworks increased night after night. excitements start to surface, filling the air without warning. licking each others' cheeks, this anticipated new year has much more yet to offer!

Push (2009)

blessed (or cursed) with different abilities, a Mover (with the ability to move things with one's mind) n a Watcher (with the ability to see the near future) joined hands to seek out a Pusher (with the ability to control one's mind) that the government was chasing. uniting their power, they had to protect themselves against the skilled agents. a very interesting movie! though mostly were just computing effects, the plot n abilities had me completely caught up in the moment.

was tagged by -david- for the valentine linky love. for this sweet season, love is in the air, excitements filling couples' hearts; holding hands walking towards another loving year to come. may happiness be around the corner for everyone!

Piousness.

clung tight onto its holder, swinging the blunt blade around, killing all in sight with its kindness. one side, two sides, even three sides; watching on with a smile, not budging from spot, determined to hold its position.

強い決意。

Kanamemo (2009) かなめも

a girl who lost all her remaining relatives, ended up living n working at the newspaper delivery office. the anime followed her everyday life as she grew more n more accustomed to her new life n making friends along the way. a joyous anime to catch, the plot was simple enough to be understood almost instantly.

gundam: shin musha (真武者)

had been a while since we assembled piggy's Shin Musha, but had the post misplaced n thus not scheduled to publish. Shin Musha's weapons include its Nichirinmaru katana with sheath, Denkoumaru naginata, Sankoumaru jumonji yari, n a Tanegashima gun. the blades have silver plating finishing. the most undeniably cool part of this gundam was its samurai-armor!

Pianoforte.

fingers racing rapidly down the lines, chasing n hurrying the trebles n the basses. with each slight twitch, losing control with what used to have became instinctive. missing the disciplined firmed fingers, missing the touch to elegantly dance across the platform n not tumble against each other. an extra skill beautiful n elegant to master.

ピアノが好きです！

2012 (2009)

similar to The Happening (2008) or The Day After Tomorrow (2004), it was about the end of the world. but instead of focusing on the natural disasters, this film focused on the people - the rich n the poor, those left behind n those struggled to survive. an absolutely recommended film, touching n definitely one of the film that has you looking around for those who really matters.

Avril Lavigne: Black Star (2009)

on July 2009, she came up with her first teen's fragrance. it contains notes of pink hibiscus, black plum n dark chocolate. she wrote the commercial song with the intention for it to be just a short theme song for the fragrance, but recently she had been thinking about releasing the song as a single.

Masquerade.

sneaked into the freak show, gaze burning. a glitch in the system, frequency skipping offbeat. sliding through the hall, circling the floor, round n round, again n again, mastering the dance.

Onegai Twins (2003) おねがい☆ツインズ

the uniqueness of the anime was using the exact backgrounds n settings for Onegai Teacher, its main characters appeared in this sequel as supporting casts as well. however the storyline has nothing to do with the previous, making it rather interesting to watch! a high school guy in search of his long lost twin, lived alone in a house he believed to be the one in an old photograph. 2 girls to show up with the same photograph claiming to be his long lost twin. they bonded n slowly discovered which is the real twin.
