a rather disturbing anime .. with very Interesting ideas !! got me hooked till the very last episode. imagine the Thrill of watching those insane killing, slashing, stabbing !! not recommended for the faint-hearted. it all started with the "Oyashiro-sama's Curse" at a small town - Hinamizawa (雛見沢). for continuous 5 years, a person would die on the day of the Watanagashi (綿流し) festival, another person would be "demoned away" (missing). "don't leave from the village, don't let outsiders in". villagers who wanted to leave will be Curse (actually Killed).
