after Moulin Rouge (2001),
Burlesque (2010) was the only burlesque themed movie that managed to catch my attention so completely! the film took me by a complete surprise. one would have expected romance to be the focus of most musical films these days,
Burlesque (2010) was not. it was everything about musics, performances, n the struggles one went through just to bath in its spotlight. i was absolutely thrilled with its simple n straightforward explanations of all the overflowing scenes. moving fast-paced, this is exactly the film for those who can't help shivering with overwhelming emotions just by listening to Cher's n Christina's big voice; n an even larger attraction for those who love musics n performances for what it is!
