the most commonly misunderstood myths associated with black cats is being labeled as Bad Luck. however, they are considered Good Luck in countries like Australia, England, Japan, Scotland, etc. it symbolize nothing but good fortune. an Egyptian goddess was believed to take the form of a black cat. while adding black cat to the household will have everyone blessed with health n wealth. it is also said that every black cat has a single white fur on it, possessing this fur without force will lead to a perfect marriage.
to help clear the confusion, if a black cat walks towards someone, it is a good sign; however, walking away will be the exact opposite. in Italy, a black cat sitting beside the ill will be a sign that death is near.
