the 51th msia's independence day is quieter than Last Year's. barely any flags are noticeable other than on government's building n schools. with the worsen corruptions within the government, love towards the country reduces big time, a rebellious attitude developed especially among younger generations.

Saw IV (2007)

this is one of the worst Saw among the sequel. with the Mastermind dead, this version does not meet its expectation. my problem with the film is unable to differentiate 2 very similar-looking cops, leading to confusion .. thus, unable to enjoy the film as well .. *frustrates*

my punk brought back a slimy snaky prey last few days. the moment mum freaked, i grabbed my mobile phone instinctively. he didn't mind me snooping around at all. n for those who asked disbelievingly whether the snake is real or aren't i afraid the snake might get me .. the answer is yes, the snake is real n no, i ain't afraid of it because my punk is usually faster than its prey. awesome little fellow, eh ?? ;)

Instant Noodles

the adorable mini cup noodles was made in taiwan, spotted sitting neatly on the rack of the supermarket. out of curiosity, i picked a preferable flavour with the purpose of confirming whether the pig-looking-thingies really exist in there.

n it does, in a minimal number -- 1. kinda taste like ham .. *chewing*

Manual Spammer.

another spammer ?? gosh .. this is getting boring. anyway, this time, the spammer apparently uses "manual spamming", which he himself copy n paste the comment n paste it into as many posts as he can. the 3 links given - dare, first, n second .. all link to an unrelated pages. within his "dare" 's profile, these 2 blogs weren't listed. n the bloggers in the 2 blogs are "motto" n "razet", not "dare". i wonder if he has too much time on his hand ?? he started blogging since July 2008. the topics ?? i don't care .. *shrug*

Saw III (2006)

the film is a dedication to the previous producer, Gregg Hoffman (1963-2005), whom died shortly after the announcement of Saw III. this version is way Gory(!) compared to the previous 2, definitely Not a recommendation for the fainthearted. the connections between the people involved, which its big picture is finally revealed at the end of the film, is the biggest attraction of the film.

though sarcasm may not be deceptive, but not everyone can grasps its true intention. n sometimes although one may just intend to be funny, their words can also be very hurtful to the target.

the art of sarcasm ?? is Not to cross the boundary n let the critiques get too personal, retaining the respect. but then again, it requires a certain level of mental dexterity n intelligence to master the art.

the kitty, named yoda, belongs to an old couple in chicago. the "extra ears" is believe to be a result of mutation. it doesn't help with its hearing, but the kitty is in good health n has perfect hearing. what an adorable Alien !!

adorable kids, but definitely Not as innocent as they looked. old beyond their years, they protect themselves like an adult, yet still seek for love like a child. a tangled romance between an elementary student with her teacher. the anime is rather entertaining, but disturbing in a sense that these kids being over exposure ..

Gundam 00 2nd Season CM

the new cm (commercial/trailer) finally has scenes taken from the second season. way precise than the first, which only capture scenes from the first season. its a fast one, here goes .. !!

as we were walking on the foot massage paths after a sweaty jog, shrieking, fooling, n Minding our Own Business, a lady approached us n started throwing her all-so-mighty remarks. another typical adults who Assumed they are mightier for being older, more experience .. yet immature ..

as much as i'd love to make her fall flat on her face on the rocky path, i believe i gave her enough Respect by not glaring at her or fought her words. offended again n again, i choose to walk away in silence.

facing one who stomps on your pride n have fun thrashing it at will; personal judgment that went overboard n became offensive; my body shook suppressing the anger. am grateful, however, during such moments i wasn't left alone ..

i can be tough when i want to, i can have fun with my loved one if i want to. to mock n insult me just because i'm younger ?? oh, pleeease get a life ..(words that burn in my throat .. in her face if i were to Not respect her)

the most valuable treasure is nothing less than the arrival of daily readers, whom slowly began to understand, n eventually Care. "wholehearted" comments served as the most sincere support one could receive.

my posts were sometimes commented as being too emotional, or namely "sarcastic rants". disturbed, but it won't stop me from continuing my writings. i believe my emotions are most sincere that instant i'm feeling it.

ain't Emotions what makes humans Unique n interesting than the other living beings ??

for that reason alone, i do not despise any negative feelings. in fact, i treasure it as it makes me feel alive; i treasure it for "without sadness, we can't taste happiness to the extreme". for i'm who i am .. Unique n Proud of it ..

besides ranting, we too share the Passion of Writing. some said i'm poetic, n some said my posts are "literature"s too complicated to understand. personally, language is an Art. twist n turn it, n you might discover a miniature kingdom under the rock ..

Gundam 00 Mobile Suits and Meisters

with the excitement of the upcoming season 2, i came across a detailed description of the mobile suits (MS) n its gundam meisters (masters) whist browsing through the web for pictures of Tieria.

the advancement are easily noticeable from the clear listing taken from Gundam 00 website, especially when the 2 seasons are placed side by side. October is just 2 months to go !! *anticipating* ;)

adding a little twist to the game, the film managed to impress me with its unexpectedness, which is definitely an add to the film. it wasn't easy for everyone to "play by the rules" even if their life depends on it. but for those who did, they might just ended up alive. maybe sometimes that is exactly what we need to do, to just follow the rules .. *thoughtfully*

Clannad クラナド (2007)

at first glance, it is another harem (1 guy, many girls) anime. but for once finally(!) it is more than meets the eyes !! it warmed my heart greatly as the girl who lack of confident slowly gained love n support of friendship n family. romance is only minimally included. for a 24 episode anime to be Interesting n not boring, this is a Huge recommendation. definitely worth a catch if you have the time ..

50+1 Malaysia

on the evening of August 1st, 2008, i received a copy of "50+1 Malaysia" from -QuaChee-. the small-sized but thick booklet is filled with everything beautiful you need to know about malaysia. upon receiving the booklet, i promised to write a short review for it. i believe it would be best to simultaneously demonstrate how it is able to connect with me ..

disregard the political disputes, i would agree that malaysia is indeed a beautiful n strategically located country.

as i flipped through the booklet, i approached the food section in speed. my love for malaysia is grounded in its unique variety of food. while scanning through the "50+1 types of Food", i halted at one of my favorites - number 40: the Sarawak Laksa. for those we followed my Dining posts, would certainly be familiared with my venture through town, searching high n low solely for my all time favorite food.

Embrace.

despite the heated body temperature n afternoon sweat, i clanged tight for the hug i longed for what seemed like eons. a hug that soothes the volatile n unsettled emotions within, a hug that is more influential than any spoken words.

overpowered by the Fear of my "freedom to express" being withdrawn, i was instantaneously taken over to the dark side. for days i stayed cloaked within the shadowy corner, for days i whined soundlessly.

the moment i was drown within that tight embrace, the world was suddenly coated in thick chocolate. as i savour the mixture of the sweetness from the hug n the sourness from the incident, suddenly nothing else mattered. i was soaring through the sky that very moment .. free at last !!

the film Not recommended for the fainthearted. Mind is indeed the most interesting invention of god. thought the old man's mind isn't as sexy as Hannibal's, but he is nonetheless interesting. who would have thought a dying old man's mind can be awaken to such an extreme level ?? with his remaining life, he tested humans' limitations n their survival instinct. every sign, every item placed within range has it's own purpose ..

Confrontation.

are you more of a confrontation type of person or a keeping-to-yourself type ?? being impulsive, confrontation is always at the top of my list. getting things over would be the topmost priority at all times, especially deadly n acidic negative feelings. obviously it is much easier said than done, as large amount of Courage is required to move forward, to take the leap that sometimes transform into the vital plunge of death .. my mind is in a messy state this moment i scribble. neither had i fed nor slept well in days. if only i possess the skill to initiate a less aggressive confrontation. i can't do this alone, i'm such a wimp !! gosh ..

tears welled up in my eyes without warning. my body curled up in a self-protective manner as i slide farther down under the covers. biting hard as i refrained from releasing the frustrating grunts. filled with uncertainty, hysterically, i chanted repetitively "dear god, please spare me the agony .." n broke into an uncontrollable sobs as i slowly slumbered into another night of unsettled sleep.
